Position: FILM DISTRIBUTION SUPERVISOR
Working hours: from 9:00 – 18:00, from Monday to Friday
Workplace: CJ Building, 6 Le Thanh Ton, District 1, HCMC

Plan the annual line-up of film distribution.
Develop distribution strategies for all film releases.
Plan and negotiate with exhibitors for film.
Review and select foreign films for release.
Track and monitor release schedules of other studios.
Handle distribution accounting.
Manage DCP/KDM.
Monitor and consolidate box office reports.
Manage distribution-related contracts.
Control and monitor the distribution budget.
Manage international sales and distribution for local films.
Handle ancillary sales and distribution for foreign films.
Manage marketing materials for cinemas (e.g., posters, flyers, backdrops) and coordinate with cinemas for placements.
Support the organization of premieres, screenings, and in-cinema events.
Research the Vietnamese film market to gather insights and generate reports.
Review film project development and provide evaluations.

Over 5 years of working experience in film distribution, cinema/exhibition, or account servicing.
Experience in film development, production, post-production, marketing, or censorship is a plus.
Good knowledge of films, the entertainment industry, and multimedia platforms.
Creative yet detail-oriented, with strong presentation skills.
Proficient in using various distribution tools flexibly and effectively.
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and language skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Cheerful, sociable, and high team-spirited
Able to work under pressure and adapt to flexible working hours.
The successful candidate should have at least 2 years of distribution experience within the entertainment industry; a film background is preferred.
Confident in developing and executing strategies and liaising with exhibitors.
Strong understanding of the digital landscape is an advantage
